Standard Operating Procedures for B2B Procurement
All orders placed through the Chemdor Chemicals catalog are subject to acceptance by our sales department. We reserve the right to refuse orders from unauthorized individuals or entities lacking the appropriate laboratory infrastructure or regulatory licenses.
Prices listed on our platform are in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and specialized hazmat shipping fees. Due to the dynamic nature of global chemical supply chains, prices and stock availability are subject to change. Most items are sourced via our global network with an estimated dispatch time of 14 days (BackOrder availability).
Delivery timelines are estimates. Chemdor utilizes certified carriers for the transport of dangerous goods (IATA/ADR compliant). The Buyer is responsible for clearing customs and holding any necessary import licenses for restricted chemicals. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FCA or EXW terms, unless negotiated otherwise).
We stand behind the purity of our reagents. Products are supplied with a corresponding Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Claims for shortages, defects, or non-conformance must be made within 10 days of receipt. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, mishandled, or improperly stored materials.
Chemdor Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or inability to use our products. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Chemdor harmless from any claims arising out of the Buyer’s use of the products.
By purchasing from Chemdor, the Buyer explicitly warrants that the products will not be used for the illicit manufacture of controlled substances, chemical weapons, or any applications prohibited by the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and local laws.
