The Goat Anti-Human IgG/RBITC antibody is designed for use in various applications, including Flow Cytometry (FCM) and Immunofluorescence (IF).
For FCM, prepare a single-cell suspension from the sample of interest. Use a recommended dilution of 1:50-500 for the Goat Anti-Human IgG/RBITC antibody. Incubate the cells with the diluted antibody for 15-30 minutes at 4°C. Wash the cells with a suitable buffer, such as PBS, to remove unbound antibody.
