The Goat anti-Pig IgG/Biotin antibody is a versatile tool for various immunological applications.
For Western blotting, prepare samples using standard SDS-PAGE and transfer protocols. Use a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:10000 of the antibody in recommended blocking buffer. Incubate the membrane with the antibody for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C. Wash the membrane with TBS-T three times, 10 minutes each. Detect using streptavidin conjugated to a suitable enzyme, following the manufacturer's instructions.
For ELISA, coat the plate with the antigen of interest and block with a suitable blocking buffer. Use a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:10000 of the antibody in the blocking buffer. Incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. Wash the plate with PBS-T three times, 5 minutes each. Detect using streptavidin conjugated to a suitable enzyme, following the manufacturer's instructions.
