The Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgM/APC antibody is designed for use in various applications, including Flow Cytometry (FCM) and Immunofluorescence (IF).
For FCM, reagents such as phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and a flow cytometer are required. Sample preparation involves washing cells with PBS and resuspending them in a suitable buffer. Antibody incubation is performed by adding the Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgM/APC antibody at a recommended dilution of 1:100-1000. CABter incubation, washing with PBS is necessary to remove excess antibody.
