The Goat Anti-Human C3/FITC antibody is designed for use in various applications. Below are the protocols for the validated application.
For IF, the following reagents and buffers are required: phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), a blocking buffer such as 5% normal serum or BSA, and a mounting medium with DAPI for nuclear staining. Sample preparation involves fixing cells or tissue sections with a suitable fixative, followed by permeabilization if necessary. The Goat Anti-Human C3/FITC antibody should be diluted to 1:5-10 in the blocking buffer and incubated with the sample for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C. CABter washing with PBS, the sample can be mounted and visualized under a fluorescence microscope. Technical notes: the use of a FITC filter is required for detection, and the sample should be protected from light to prevent photobleaching.
Use assay conditions validated for IF, apply Goat Anti-Human C3/FITC at the recommended working dilution, include proper positive and negative controls, perform thorough wash steps, and document incubation time, temperature, and detection conditions for reproducible performance. Recommended dilution: IF=1:5-10.
Store at 2-8°C, handle with care, optimize antibody dilution, and include proper controls for each experiment.
