Microsomal arylacetamide deacetylase competes against the activity of cytosolic arylamine N-acetyltransferase, which catalyzes one of the initial biotransformation pathways for arylamine and heterocyclic amine carcinogens
The Anti-AADAC Polyclonal Antibody is a rabbit-derived antibody that recognizes human and mouse AADAC. For optimal results, follow the protocols below for each validated application.
Reagents or buffers: Anti-AADAC Polyclonal Antibody, recombinant AADAC protein, ELISA plates, blocking buffer, washing buffer, substrate.
Sample preparation: Coat ELISA plates with recombinant AADAC protein, block with blocking buffer.
Antibody incubation: Incubate with Anti-AADAC Polyclonal Antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
Washing or detection: Wash with washing buffer, detect with substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize antibody dilution and incubation time for best results.
Reagents or buffers: Anti-AADAC Polyclonal Antibody, sample lysates, SDS-PAGE gel, transfer buffer, blocking buffer, washing buffer.
Sample preparation: Prepare sample lysates, separate proteins by SDS-PAGE, transfer to membrane.
Antibody incubation: Incubate with Anti-AADAC Polyclonal Antibody at a dilution of 1:500-2000 overnight at 4°C.
Washing or detection: Wash with washing buffer, detect with chemiluminescent substrate.
Technical notes: Use fresh lysates and optimize blocking conditions for best results.
Store at -20°C, handle with gloves, use proper controls, optimize antibody dilution and incubation time for best results.
