The Goat Anti-Human IgG-Fc/Bio antibody is a versatile tool for detecting human IgG-Fc in various applications.
For Western blotting, use a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:10000. Prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane.
