The Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/Solar Fluor 660 is a secondary antibody used for detecting goat IgG primary antibodies.
For IF, the following steps are recommended:
- Reagents or buffers: phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 4% paraformaldehyde for fixation, and a blocking buffer such as 5% normal donkey serum or bovine serum albumin (BSA) in PBS.
