The Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG/FITC antibody is a versatile reagent for various applications, including Immunofluorescence (IF) and Flow Cytometry (FCM).
For IF, start by preparing your samples, either frozen sections or cultured cells, by fixing them in a suitable fixative such as paraformaldehyde.
Permeabilize the samples if necessary, using a detergent like Triton X-100.
Block non-specific binding sites with a blocking buffer containing bovine serum albumin or normal donkey serum.
Incubate the samples with the primary antibody against the antigen of interest, followed by washing and incubation with the Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG/FITC at a dilution of 1:100-1000.
