Lab-ready steps

The Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody is a versatile tool for detecting Chicken IgG in various applications. Below are the protocols for each validated application.

## Western Blotting Protocol

Reagents or buffers: Tris-buffered saline with Tween 20 (TBST), skim milk, and Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody.

Sample preparation: Separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a PVDF membrane.

Antibody incubation: Incubate the membrane with the Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000 in TBST with 5% skim milk for 1 hour at room temperature.

Washing or detection: Wash the membrane three times with TBST and detect using a suitable detection system.

## IHC-P Protocol

Reagents or buffers: Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), normal serum, and Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody.

Sample preparation: Fix and paraffin-embed tissue samples, then section and mount on slides.

Antibody incubation: Incubate the sections with the Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000 in PBS with 1% normal serum for 1 hour at room temperature.

Washing or detection: Wash the sections three times with PBS and detect using a suitable detection system.

## IHC-F Protocol

Reagents or buffers: PBS, normal serum, and Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody.

Sample preparation: Fix and permeabilize tissue samples, then section and mount on slides.

## IF Protocol

Reagents or buffers: PBS, normal serum, and Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody.

Sample preparation: Fix and permeabilize cells or tissue samples, then mount on slides.

Antibody incubation: Incubate the samples with the Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000 in PBS with 1% normal serum for 1 hour at room temperature.

Washing or detection: Wash the samples three times with PBS and detect using a suitable fluorescence detection system.

## ELISA Protocol

Reagents or buffers: Coating buffer, blocking buffer, and Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody.

Sample preparation: Coat the ELISA plate with the antigen and block with a suitable blocking buffer.

Antibody incubation: Incubate the plate with the Goat anti-Chicken IgG/Bio antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000 in the blocking buffer for 1 hour at room temperature.

Washing or detection: Wash the plate three times with a washing buffer and detect using a suitable detection system.

Technical notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation time for each application to achieve the best results.

Precautions

Store at 2-8°C, handle with care, use appropriate controls, and optimize antibody dilution and incubation time for each application.
