Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/RBITC

The Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/RBITC is a secondary antibody used for detecting goat IgG primary antibodies. It is conjugated to Rhodamine B Isothiocyanate (RBITC), a fluorescent dye that emits at 550 nm.

Reagents or buffers: Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for fixation, 0.1% Triton X-100 for permeabilization.

Sample preparation: Fix cells or tissue sections with 4% PFA for 15-20 minutes, followed by permeabilization with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10-15 minutes.

Antibody incubation: Incubate the sample with the primary goat IgG antibody, followed by incubation with the Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/RBITC secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50-500 for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

Washing or detection: Wash the sample thoroughly with PBS CABter each antibody incubation step. Detect the fluorescence signal using a fluorescence microscope with an excitation wavelength of 550 nm.

Technical notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation time for the specific application. Use appropriate controls, such as omitting the primary antibody, to verify the specificity of the staining.

Use assay conditions validated for IF, apply Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/RBITC at the recommended working dilution, include proper positive and negative controls, perform thorough wash steps, and document incubation time, temperature, and detection conditions for reproducible performance.
