Protocol / Instructions
The Anti-AAGAB Polyclonal Antibody is a rabbit-derived antibody raised against a recombinant protein of human AAGAB. This antibody is recommended for use in Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin sections (IHC-P) at a dilution of 1:50-200.
Reagents or buffers: Xylene, ethanol, antigen retrieval buffer, blocking buffer, and DAB substrate.
Sample preparation: Paraffin-embedded tissue sections should be deparaffinized in xylene and rehydrated through a series of ethanol solutions.
Antibody incubation: Incubate the sections with the Anti-AAGAB Polyclonal Antibody at a dilution of 1:50-200 in blocking buffer for 1 hour at room temperature.
Washing or detection: Wash the sections with PBS and detect using a DAB substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation time as needed for specific tissue types and experimental conditions.
