The Goat Anti-Human Albumin/HRP antibody is a versatile tool for detecting human albumin in various applications.
For Western blotting, prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane. Block the membrane with 5% non-fat milk in TBS-T, then incubate with the Goat Anti-Human Albumin/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000 in TBS-T. Wash the membrane with TBS-T and detect using a chemiluminescent substrate.
For immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues, deparaffinize and rehydrate sections, then perform antigen retrieval using a suitable method. Block endogenous peroxidase and incubate with the Goat Anti-Human Albumin/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000. Use a suitable detection system and counterstain with hematoxylin.
For immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues, fix sections in acetone, then incubate with the Goat Anti-Human Albumin/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000. Use a suitable detection system and counterstain with DAPI or another nuclear stain.
For ELISA, coat plates with human albumin antigen, then block with 5% non-fat milk in PBS. Incubate with the Goat Anti-Human Albumin/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000, followed by a suitable substrate for detection.
Technical notes: Optimize antibody dilutions and incubation times for each specific application. Use appropriate controls to verify specificity and sensitivity.
Store at 2-8°C. Handle with care, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Use appropriate controls to verify specificity and optimize assay conditions.
