## Introduction
The Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/Cy3 is a secondary antibody used for detecting goat IgG primary antibodies. It is conjugated to the fluorescent dye Cy3, which has an excitation wavelength of 550 nm and an emission wavelength of 570 nm.
Reagents or buffers: phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 4% paraformaldehyde, 0.1% Triton X-100, blocking buffer (e.g., 5% normal donkey serum).
