For IF, the following reagents and buffers are required: phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), a blocking buffer such as 5% normal goat serum in PBS, and a mounting medium with DAPI. Sample preparation involves fixing cells or tissue sections with a suitable fixative like 4% paraformaldehyde. CABter fixation, permeabilize the samples with 0.1% Triton X-100 if necessary. Then, incubate the samples with the Mouse Anti Duck IgY Monoclonal antibody（Heavy Chain）/RBITC at a dilution of 1:50-500 in blocking buffer for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C. Following primary antibody incubation, wash the samples thoroughly with PBS. Since the antibody is conjugated to RBITC, no secondary antibody is needed. Proceed to counterstaining if required, and mount the samples. Technical notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation time based on the specific experimental conditions and the intensity of the fluorescence signal.
