The Donkey Anti-Goat IgG/Cy3.5 is a secondary antibody used for detecting goat primary antibodies. It is conjugated to the fluorescent dye Cy3.5, which has an excitation maximum of approximately 581 nm and an emission maximum of approximately 596 nm.
Reagents or buffers: Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for fixation, 0.1% Triton X-100 for permeabilization, and 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) for blocking.
