Mouse Anti-Human IgM/PE

For IF, the recommended dilution is 1:100-1000. Reagents required include the antibody, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), and a fluorescent mounting medium. Sample preparation involves fixing cells or tissue sections with a suitable fixative, followed by permeabilization if necessary. The antibody is then incubated with the sample for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C. CABter washing with PBS, the sample can be mounted and visualized using a fluorescence microscope. Technical notes: Use a suitable negative control to verify specificity.

For FCM, the recommended dilution is 1:100-1000. Reagents required include the antibody, PBS, and a flow cytometry buffer. Sample preparation involves suspending cells in the buffer and adding the antibody. The mixture is then incubated for 15-30 minutes at 4°C. CABter washing with the buffer, the cells can be analyzed using a flow cytometer. Technical notes: Use a suitable isotype control to verify specificity and optimize the antibody dilution for the specific cell type and instrument being used.
