The Goat Anti-BSA /RBITC antibody is designed for use in various applications. Below are the protocols for the validated application keys.
For IF, the following reagents and buffers are required: Goat Anti-BSA /RBITC antibody, fluorescence mounting medium, and PBS. Sample preparation involves fixing and permeabilizing cells or tissue sections. The antibody is then incubated at a dilution of 1:50-500 for 1-2 hours at room temperature. CABter washing with PBS, the samples are mounted and visualized using a fluorescence microscope. Technical notes: Use a rhodamine or Texas Red filter to detect the RBITC label.
Use assay conditions validated for IF, apply Goat Anti-BSA /RBITC at the recommended working dilution, include proper positive and negative controls, perform thorough wash steps, and document incubation time, temperature, and detection conditions for reproducible performance. Recommended dilution: IF=1:50-500.
Store at 2-8°C, handle with care, and optimize antibody dilution for specific applications.
