BSA/FITC

The BSA/FITC antibody is designed to target Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and can be utilized in various applications, including Immunofluorescence (IF).

- Reagents or Buffers: Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 4% paraformaldehyde for fixation, 0.1% Triton X-100 for permeabilization, and a blocking buffer (e.g., 5% normal goat serum in PBS).

- Sample Preparation: Fix cells or tissue sections with 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilize with 0.1% Triton X-100, and block with a blocking buffer.

- Antibody Incubation: Incubate the sample with the BSA/FITC antibody at a dilution of 1:50-500 in the blocking buffer for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C.

- Washing or Detection: Wash the sample thoroughly with PBS, and then proceed with fluorescence microscopy. The FITC conjugate will fluoresce green under the appropriate excitation wavelength.

- Technical Notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation time based on the specific application and sample type. Controls, such as omitting the primary antibody or using an irrelevant antibody, should be included to verify specificity.

Use assay conditions validated for IF, apply BSA/FITC at the recommended working dilution, include proper positive and negative controls, perform thorough wash steps, and document incubation time, temperature, and detection conditions for reproducible performance. Recommended dilution: IF=1:50-500.
