Lab-ready steps

The Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/AP is a versatile antibody that can be used in various applications.

## Western Blotting Protocol

For Western blotting, use a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:10000. Prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE. Transfer the proteins to a membrane and block with a blocking buffer. Incubate the membrane with the Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/AP antibody, followed by washing and detection using a suitable substrate.

## IHC-P Protocol

For Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHC-P), use a dilution of 1:100 to 1:1000. Deparaffinize and rehydrate tissue sections, then perform antigen retrieval if necessary. Block the sections with a blocking buffer and incubate with the Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/AP antibody. CABter washing, detect the signal using a suitable chromogen.

## IHC-F Protocol

For Immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues (IHC-F), use a dilution of 1:100 to 1:1000. Fix and permeabilize tissue sections, then block with a blocking buffer. Incubate the sections with the Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/AP antibody, followed by washing and detection using a fluorescent secondary antibody.

## ELISA Protocol

For ELISA, use a dilution of 1:1000 to 1:10000. Coat the ELISA plate with the antigen, then block with a blocking buffer. Incubate the plate with the Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/AP antibody, followed by washing and detection using a suitable substrate.

Technical notes: Optimize the dilution and incubation time for each application to achieve the best results.

Precautions

Store at -20°C, handle with care, use appropriate controls, and optimize antibody dilution and incubation time to minimize background and ensure specific binding.
