The Goat Anti-Human IgA/HRP antibody is a versatile tool for detecting human IgA in various applications.
For Western blotting, use a dilution of 1:200-500. Prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane. Incubate the membrane with the antibody for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Wash the membrane with a suitable buffer, such as TBS-T, and detect using a chemiluminescent substrate.
For immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues, use a dilution of 1:50. Deparaffinize and rehydrate tissue sections, then perform antigen retrieval using a suitable method. Incubate the sections with the antibody for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Wash with a buffer, such as PBS, and detect using a chromogenic substrate.
For immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues, use a dilution of 1:50. Fix tissue sections with a suitable fixative, then permeabilize with a detergent. Incubate the sections with the antibody for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Wash with a buffer, such as PBS, and detect using a fluorescent secondary antibody.
