The Goat Anti-Human C3/HRP antibody is a versatile tool for detecting human C3 in various applications.
For Western blotting, use a dilution of 1:200-500. Prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane. Incubate the membrane with the antibody for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Wash the membrane with a suitable buffer, and detect using a chemiluminescent substrate.
For Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHC-P), use a dilution of 1:50. Deparaffinize and rehydrate tissue sections, then perform antigen retrieval if necessary. Incubate the sections with the antibody for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Wash with a suitable buffer, and detect using a chromogenic substrate.
For Immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues (IHC-F), use a dilution of 1:50. Fix and permeabilize tissue sections, then incubate with the antibody for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Wash with a suitable buffer, and detect using a fluorescent secondary antibody.
For ELISA, use a dilution of 1:500-1000. Coat plates with antigen, block non-specific binding sites, then incubate with the antibody for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Wash the plates with a suitable buffer, and detect using a chromogenic substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize antibody dilutions and incubation times for specific applications and samples. Use appropriate controls to ensure specificity and sensitivity of the antibody.
Store at 2-8°C. Handle with care, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Use appropriate controls and optimize antibody dilutions for specific applications.
