The Goat Anti-BSA /HRP antibody is a versatile tool for detecting Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) in various applications.
For Western Blotting (WB), start by preparing samples and running them on an SDS-PAGE gel. Transfer the proteins to a membrane and block with 5% non-fat milk in TBS-T. Incubate the membrane with the Goat Anti-BSA /HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:500-2000 in TBS-T with 1% non-fat milk for 1 hour at room temperature. Wash the membrane three times with TBS-T and detect using an appropriate ECL substrate.
For Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), deparaffinize and rehydrate tissue sections. Perform antigen retrieval using a suitable method. Block endogenous peroxidase activity and incubate with the Goat Anti-BSA /HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:500-2000 in a suitable antibody diluent for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature. Use a secondary detection system compatible with HRP, following the manufacturer's instructions.
For Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (IHC-F), fix and permeabilize tissue sections. Block with a suitable blocking reagent and incubate with the Goat Anti-BSA /HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:500-2000 in a suitable antibody diluent for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature. Use a secondary detection system compatible with HRP, following the manufacturer's instructions.
For Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), coat a 96-well plate with BSA antigen. Block with 5% non-fat milk in PBS and incubate with the Goat Anti-BSA /HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:500-2000 in PBS with 1% non-fat milk for 1 hour at room temperature. Wash the plate three times with PBS-T and detect using an appropriate TMB substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize the antibody dilution and incubation times for each specific application to achieve the best results.
Store at 2-8°C. Handle with care, avoiding freeze-thaw cycles. Use appropriate controls and optimize antibody dilutions for each application.
