The Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG/AP is a versatile antibody suitable for various applications.
For Western blotting, use a dilution of 1:1000-10000. Prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane. Block the membrane with 5% milk or BSA in TBS-T, then incubate with the antibody. Wash with TBS-T and detect using an alkaline phosphatase substrate.
For IHC-P, dilute the antibody 1:100-500. Fix and embed tissue samples, then section and mount on slides. Dewax and rehydrate the sections, followed by antigen retrieval if necessary. Block with a suitable blocking agent, then incubate with the antibody. Wash with PBS and detect using an alkaline phosphatase substrate.
For IHC-F, use a dilution of 1:100-1000. Fix cells or tissue sections with a suitable fixative, then permeabilize if necessary. Block with a blocking agent and incubate with the antibody. Wash with PBS and detect using a fluorescent secondary antibody or an alkaline phosphatase substrate.
For ELISA, dilute the antibody 1:1000-10000. Coat the plate with the antigen, then block with a blocking agent. Incubate with the antibody, followed by washing and detection using an alkaline phosphatase substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize the dilution and incubation time for each application to achieve the best results. Use appropriate controls to verify the specificity of the antibody.
Store at 2-8°C. Handle with care, avoiding freeze-thaw cycles. Use appropriate controls and optimize antibody dilution and incubation times for each application.
