For IF, the following reagents and buffers are required: Goat Anti-Human IgG-Fc/FITC antibody, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), and a fluorescent microscope. Sample preparation involves fixing and permeabilizing cells or tissue sections. The antibody is then incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:50-500 in PBS for 1-2 hours at room temperature. CABter washing with PBS, the sample can be directly visualized using a fluorescent microscope. Technical notes: Use a mounting medium with anti-fade properties to prevent photobleaching.
