Protocol / Instructions
The Goat Anti-Human IgA/FITC antibody is designed for use in various applications. Below are protocols for each validated application.
For IF, the following reagents and buffers are required: phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), a blocking buffer (e.g., 1% bovine serum albumin in PBS), and a mounting medium. Sample preparation involves fixing cells or tissue sections with a suitable fixative (e.g., paraformaldehyde) and permeabilizing them if necessary. The antibody is then incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:5-10 in blocking buffer for 1 hour at room temperature. CABter washing with PBS, the sample can be mounted and observed under a fluorescence microscope. Technical notes: Use a FITC filter set for detection, and include a negative control by omitting the primary antibody.
Use assay conditions validated for IF, apply Goat Anti-Human IgA/FITC at the recommended working dilution, include proper positive and negative controls, perform thorough wash steps, and document incubation time, temperature, and detection conditions for reproducible performance.
