The Goat anti-Equine IgG/HRP antibody is a versatile tool for detecting Equine IgG in various applications.
For Western blotting, prepare samples by lysing cells or tissues in an appropriate buffer, then separate proteins by SDS-PAGE and transfer to a membrane. Block the membrane with 5% milk or BSA in TBS-T, then incubate with the Goat anti-Equine IgG/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000 in TBS-T. Wash the membrane with TBS-T, and detect using a suitable HRP substrate.
For ELISA, coat plates with antigen, then block with 5% milk or BSA in PBS. Incubate with the Goat anti-Equine IgG/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:1000-10000 in PBS, followed by washing with PBS-T. Detect using a suitable HRP substrate.
For IHC-P, prepare tissue sections and deparaffinize, then block with 5% milk or BSA in TBS. Incubate with the Goat anti-Equine IgG/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000 in TBS, followed by washing with TBS. Detect using a suitable HRP substrate.
For IHC-F, prepare tissue sections and fix, then block with 5% milk or BSA in PBS. Incubate with the Goat anti-Equine IgG/HRP antibody at a dilution of 1:100-1000 in PBS, followed by washing with PBS. Detect using a suitable fluorescence substrate.
Technical notes: Optimize antibody dilutions and incubation times for each specific application to achieve the best results.
Store at 2-8°C. Handle with care, and use appropriate controls. Optimize antibody dilutions and incubation times to minimize background and ensure specificity.
